LEADING BY EXAMPLE
If you say Brush High School many may ask you where is that? What
city is it in? Well that was before this year, and that was also before the
emergency of Aziza May. The swift 5'6 Point Guard from Brush is
teaming up with Natasha Watkins and Jazymne Frost to help put her
high school team on every recruiters map this fall.
Aziza May is simply the REAL DEAL. She is soft spoken, often sporting a gentle smile, but there is nothing soft or gently about her game. Z as she is called, is a bonafide killer. She has smooth handles, a superb delay game and can both score and shoot the lights out. During this summer she went up against every big dog in down, and more often than not by the time the game was over everyone in the gym new her name.
Z is getting looks from a lot of schools, many were afraid of her small frame, but after watching her play most of them are now fighting over who will wind up with this absolute thriller of a point guard. When asked about his point guard prodigy, her summer coach responded that "Z is an absolute killer, if you show any weakness she will go stratight for your neck" and she can kill you in so many ways that once she starts "your simply done" stated Coach Morrow.
After watching her team up the National AAU circuit there is no doubt that Z is off the charts, she is excellent in transition, poised in the half court game and explosive with the ball in her hands. Who knows what college she will go to but, for now you can find her down at Brush where the secret has gotten out- there is a star in the house! |
